Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tusk2Tail Ink. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them.

Orders and Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before production begins. Orders are not considered placed until payment (or approved credit terms) is confirmed and artwork is approved.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

You represent that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted to us. You retain full ownership of your artwork; we retain rights only to display finished work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Proofs and Approval

Every order requires digital proof approval before production. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors in the approved design (spelling, color, placement). Please review proofs carefully.

Production and Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 10 business days from proof approval. Rush options are available and priced accordingly. Delays caused by artwork revisions, missing information, or supply chain issues at our blanks vendor are outside our control and may extend production time.

Returns and Refunds

Custom-decorated apparel is generally non-returnable. If we make a mistake — wrong count, misprint, material defect — we'll remedy it promptly via reprint, partial refund, or credit as appropriate. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards and ACH. Net terms available for approved accounts.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
